It's amazing to think that an act that barely lasts four minutes; a deed of kindness and a simple act of humour from you cast out the bad things that made me lost my hope of ever getting my chin up ever again; completely, entirely, totally. What's even more amazing is that you didn't even know and you didn't even try :)
